Project U.B.E. was launched at the BNAHS open space, organized by Ms. Myra Pisco and Ms. Isabel Narvaez with the support of officials and stakeholders, senior citizens, community members, and barangay leaders joined the event’s kick-off.
Project Ugayang Barangay at Eskwelahan (U.B.E.) unites the communities of Comembo, Pembo, and Rizal by bringing together youth, seniors, teachers, and barangay officials through interactive activities.
